Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon payment approval, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible for Refund

- The download file is corrupted or inaccessible and our support team cannot resolve it
- Duplicate payment made in error

Not Eligible for Refund

- Change of mind after downloading the product
- Lack of technical skill to implement/use the product
- Compatibility issues not disclosed as a requirement violation
